You probably know how but just don't realize it?

Like..I have 4 or 5 sites I try and check most days (slashdot, comicbookresources, some science blogs & the dvorak blog). I then peruse the articles that look interesting, and maybe follow links in those articles to other articles or websites. Then, when I've burned out whatever that chain is, move on to the next site and start over....I think that's "surfing."

Or, you could just do it the really easy way and set your home page to yahoo, msn, or google news, and just click on their stories.

Okay, so I'm officially the only person on earth who doesn't know how to "surf". Are you supposed to have something in mind? Where do you start? ... and, you know. Why?

Yes, pretty much. It's like a month's worth of lunch break & night browsing or whatnot, honed against my razor sharp lack of wit, and gleaned down into the um...most interesting junk.

So.... um. Where do you get this stuff? Do you "surf the web" and then accumulate all this stuff and then post it all in one place? The curiosity's gotten the best of me: what the hell.
