was the best issue of the title to date despite the ugliness of the pencils, and convinced me to stick with it for a while. I understand that the first 6 issues were all set up but MAN were they tedious/bordering on silly/predictable/etc. I really hope they don’t get rid of Dust; she’s one of [...]

was pretty good, although I found Bianchi’s pencils less impressive than before – figures seemed more..gaunt/gutteral, something like that I guess. Except for the bit about drilling in how common ghost boxes are, the story was pretty good. I love the “Chinese X-Men” thing, and find it pretty sad/funny in the sense that they all [...]

is actually pretty decent. I’m genuinely surprised. It’s like someone grabbed that big ‘ole SUCK meter that was cranked up to 7 for most of last season and turned it way down, broke the dial, then went into negatives. So it’s at about a -6 suck right now, which translates to pretty decent. I’m not [...]

So the sellers paid for the repair of course BUT we had to wait potentially 6 months [...]

Sooo yeah, more important than politics, or war, or feeding the hungry – its Diablo 3! OK, well, it’s close anyway… So they announced the 3rd class (Wizard), which is very cool. This site has skill trees up. And skill customization via runes (grainy video here), which is potentially very exciting. And two things I’m [...]

The first: I saw this dude (who had rather creepy posture) while I was waiting for the bus the other day. I didn’t get a chance to see his sign – I really wish I had. I wonder if it says something like “Need $$: lost/stolen bike!” Oh, and don’t forget the “God bless!” at [...]

Andrew Sullivan on Palin & transparency. Here’s what I didn’t know – when she was running for the Mayoral office in Wasilla, she demanded that her opponent provide proof of his wedding since his wife was still using her maiden name. The amusing thing is that she refuses to provide proof of her son Trig’s [...]
