Seriously. Letting children sue their parents for punishment – and win? And you thought American courts were getting meddlesome…this is crazy. How are parents supposed to oh, I don’t know, PARENT with the threat of legal action from their child hanging over them? Thankfully this is Canada…hopefully it will be a warning to our system [...]
