Well.
Hmm.
I was surprised that the series finale was a normal length episode — I found that very odd. I’ve heard they’re cutting back on the episode count for next season though, so maybe it’s all a budget thing.
At least one scene was really poorly done. The whole zapping Claire out the door thing made not [...]

Fairly decent, even though focused on the guy that should really be dead – although hey look, now there’s not even a way to do that! Yay :(. His powers…again..way out of control. How many power-people are there anyway? It looked like they had dozens locked up a few episodes back, and Sylar must have [...]

Re: Sylar and Danko – who didn’t see that coming. Bennet should have seen it too. Duh.
Re: Parkman – Man he’s still a horrible, shitty telepath when he has to resort to physical violence, W T F? Thankfully, he can’t get any dumber – the only way to go is up right? PS Remember the [...]

Hopped right back on the lameass bus after a decent showing last episode.
The entire Claire/Nathan thing – wicked lame
Sylar getting more powers – an especially obnoxious one – lame
No Parkman/Hiro/Ando/Micah – lame
It was a downtime/filler episode that was necessary to get pieces in place, I get that. “Character focused” I guess. Next!

Was, I think, hands down the best episode of the series so far. Keep in mind, that’s not saying much. But, I’m unashamed that I watched it. I’ll say that much at least.
We lose two decent characters – both get good ending.
We didn’t have to sit through any Claire-angst.
Hiro gets a portion of his powers [...]

So the last 2 issues of Thunderbolts and the season finale of the last Heroes season have something in common – they both feature people fooling Obama. And not just simple trickery – getting him to sign on for something so unlike his visible character, and so stupid it would never fly in real life, [...]

re: Claire in the comic book store : The first moment of truth in the whole fucking show.
re: The ending: Why the hell does it matter if that guy “knows” Nathan can fly? He’s already fired. HOW DOES ANY OF THAT SHIT MATTER?
re: new id for puppet man: DOESN’T MATTER. THEY HAVE FACIAL REC SOFTWARE [...]

OK, I get that Peter is intentionally written to be stupid.
I finally get that. For a while, I thought the writers might be more crafty than this, or just sloppy – but now I’m just forced to conclude that he is written stupid. Being impulsive once in a while is ok, we all do that [...]

Was not horribly horrible. But still…meh.
The Guantanemo schtick was TOO THICK. Back up off of it. Back up offa me (annnd youtube sucks for not having a Talib Kweli video for me to link there).
I think it would be more relateable if it was either lower key (rounding folks up to live in a special [...]

Don’t read if you don’t want spoilers.
So.
This episode was not nearly as bad as I thought it would be, because stuff actually happened…for the most part.
I have to say, if Peter is going to stick around – which he will, prettttty much forever I expect, since the writers have given several indications that they are [...]
